This cancellation policy lays out how you can cancel your subscription:
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged as your subscription auto-renews at the end of its duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Refunds
We will offer a full refund within 7 days of a new order or an automatic renewal. In the event a refund is given part way through a subscription, it will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
Please contact us at info@whatonearthmag.com to arrange a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
